• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more may require additional verification.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless kcd2 explicitly provides a cashout option.
• If a bet is voided due to an odds change, the original stake will be refunded.
• Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

Event Cancellation & Suspension

• If an event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• A bet may be voided if an event is suspended for more than 12 hours.
• For events cancelled due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, kcd2's decision is final.

Odds & Results

All odds on kcd2 are determined in real time and are subject to change at any moment. The odds at the time a bet is successfully placed are final. All results are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant official sports body.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kcd2 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Misusing promotional offers or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to launch a cyberattack or disrupt services against kcd2.
